• Referral Partners: We send raw data to Lawyers (for LLC formation) and Insurers (for coverage). We do not control and are not responsible for how these third parties store your data.

WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR DATA BREACHES OR EXPOSURE.

In the event that your data is exposed—whether through digital hacking, accidental leak, or physical loss of storage media (e.g., a hard drive found in a public park)—SPLITOWN IS NOT LIABLE for any resulting damages.

By using this platform, you waive all rights to pursue damages for:

• Identity theft or fraud resulting from data exposure.
• Emotional distress or reputational harm.
• Costs associated with credit monitoring or legal remediation.
