Buyer Protection Guarantee

Don't fall victim to scams. There is absolutely ZERO reason to ever pay a seller directly. Shared ownership is not a simple buy-and-sell transaction - it is a complex transfer of equity that requires legal structure. That is why Lawyers handle all the money to ensure funds only move when the title is verified and the deal is solid.

We only take a small Deposit to ensure you are serious. This deposit is held in escrow and is 100% refundable at any time, for any reason, right up until you receive your keys. If you change your mind, you can get your money back with the click of a button - but be careful: refunding means you surrender your seat, and you might lose your spot in the group forever.

Inspect & Verify

Before any money moves, you need to know exactly what you're getting into.

For "For Sale" Listings

Physical Inspection

The asset exists. Contact the seller securely. Go see it. Meet the seller, touch the upholstery, and check the engine hours.

"Look, feel, and smell the asset." If it doesn't meet your standards, walk away.

For "Group Buy" Listings

Vet the Vision

The asset might not be bought yet. Here, you verify the Plan and the Leader.

Once the team fills, you start team shopping for the target asset. You aren't inspecting a hull yet - you're inspecting the strategy.

Secure Deposit

Place a refundable deposit to lock your spot. This moves the deal to your Reservation Manager dashboard.

This ensures you are serious, but remember: you can refund this at any time if you choose to walk away.

Approve Annual Costs

Before lawyers get involved, you must agree on the numbers.

The seller inputs the precise annual budget (storage, insurance, maintenance). You review these recurring costs in your dashboard and Approve them to proceed.

Lawyer Up

Once costs are agreed, it's time to draft the papers.

You input your legal counsel's details (or use our vetted partners) directly into the system. They will represent you during the closing.

Title & Background Check

Your lawyer (or ours) goes to work. They perform a comprehensive background check on the asset to ensure the title is clean, there are no hidden liens, and it hasn't been reported stolen.

Your lawyer ensures you're buying a clean asset, not someone else's debt.

Upload & Finalize

Once the lawyers give the green light:

You sign the agreements and upload your Proof of Closing (e.g., Wire Confirmation). The seller approves it, and the deposit is released from escrow.

Deal Closed!

You receive your access codes, booking tokens, and a scheduled orientation walkthrough. You are now a legal owner.
