I’m interested in fractional ownership of this 1979 Cessna 172RG Cutlass at KGON because it’s a good, honest airplane and owning one outright doesn’t make much sense anymore. Looking for small group. The 172RG is easy to fly, carries what you need, and goes far enough to get you where you want to go without burning a lot of fuel. It’s the kind of plane you can hop in on a nice morning, fly out to a small airport, tie down, and go fishing or have lunch, then fly home the same day.

Sharing the airplane keeps the costs reasonable. You split the purchase price, maintenance, insurance, and hangar, and still get plenty of time to fly. No babysitting renters, no dealing with strangers, just a small group of owners who take care of the airplane. It’s based at KGON, easy in and out, and works well for weekend flying, staying current, and getting out of town when the weather’s good.
